Books purchased from Bharat Publications that are requested for return within 15 days of dispatch are eligible for a full refund. But only after deducting the reverse freight charges as applicable. However, the customer will receive a refund for the shipping charges also if the return is a result of our error. On the other hand, we do not replace or exchange the books which have been purchased. Customers are requested to accept the conditions placed by us before proceeding with the return.
Refund Policy
Books that are purchased online from Bharat Publications can be refunded subject to certain conditions. Bharat Publications penalizes the customer for the delivery charges. And also for processing charges incurred upon the fulfilment of the order. The books that have been purchased from our showroom cannot be returned online. However, such returns and requests for refunds have to be made manually at the Showroom.
The customer will be informed via e-mail about the refund. This happens once we have received and processed the returned item. This is applicable to the items that are returned to the store without receiving them. Although, items can be returned if they are in their original condition.
A request for return has to be submitted within 15 days of dispatch of the items. The customer will obtain the refund in the same mode of payment used to purchase the books. The refund will be received within seven days of us receiving the returns. So remain patient until your money arrives.
